Its been ages since I recorded any song ! I have been really really busy with work these days and didnt get any chance to do anything on the music front ... I missed standing in front of my mic singing & mixing tracks & all those hours of hard work ...

Taranaa organized a reunion theme and I could not let this opportunity pass up ... I always wanted to sing this amazing song from 'Veer Zaara' and when I saw this great track, I decided to give it a shot... Deblina's beautiful voice was another incentive :) ... She does a wonderful job in this one - She fits perfectly for (and in my humble opinion sings sometimes better than ) Lataji (Lataji was towards the end of her career when she sung this one). What can I say about Sonu - I guess I have said enough already in my previous posts ... Another gem from him ... I hope I did justice to this song ... Please let me know how has this one come out ...

I have been waiting to sing this one ... Life was busy last couple of months and I had not got any time to record or even listen to any new songs ... But when I saw that this track has been added to Taranaa library, I could not stop myself anymore :) - Just pounced on it ... The song is pretty tough - firstly because its a Sonu Nigam song filled with a lot of energy and secondly because its a 'fast sad' song ! Its also hard to maintain that fast tune and also do all the murkis that Sonu has put in .. I have tried my best :) - Let me know what you think !

What can I say about this song ! This is such a soft and simple and yet melodious song from Lage Raho Munnabhai ! Shreya & Sonu both, with their awesome voices have made it such a romantic song ! Vidyu & I have tried our best to get that same feelings out here ! Vidyu is fantastic as always and fits perfectly for Shreya - in fact, you will even feel that Shreya Ghoshal herself is singing when listening to her! This has been a long pending request from my wife 'Mugdha'. Whats better than to sing this romantic song farmaiish on a Valentine's day, right ? One of Udit's passion filled songs and my all time favourite :) ... I have tried to change my voice a bit to suit this song. Changing your voice is never easy as any singer will tell you ! Udit puts a little extra emphasis on the words which is very natural to him. I tried to do the same and believe me it was not easy :) .. Breath control suddenly became a big issue :) Still I tried it out ... It was an experiment .. I hope and I think its worked for this song ... Your comments are always welcome !

Well, let me start with saying that this peppy song is one of my favourites and Shankar Mahadevan has done a wonderful job with this number. His voice is very soothing, romantic and yet full of masti in this one ... To get all those feelings in here was a big challenge. Apart from that, this song is big on chorus. Being a masti song, chorus has a special chhedchhad effect which you can not miss out on ... The mixing for this song was another big challenge. Its got a number of effects to the original making it sounds soo good ! I consider myself an amateur when it comes to recording/mixing (still learning ...) Hence, getting all those effects in there was a little hard ... I tried my best here ... hope you all like it !!

A song filled with passion .. Bombay Jayashree has done a fantastic job in this one putting in just the right amount of emotions and expressions ... Being an original female song, it was quite a tough song to pull off ... The biggest challenge here was maintaining such a low pitch but then at times (in mukhras) you need to go a slight higher as well suddenly ... And this all has to be done very softly ... I have tried my best here ! hope you all like it !

When I heard this song for the first time, I was totally mesmerized by it and just couldnt stop humming it.. It is such a wonderful romantic song ... Sonu (as usual) does the job perfectly well by bringing all the romance and passion and magic in his voice ... Shreya also chips in with a very few sweet lines as well ! I was dying to sing this number... when I got my new Microphone and other recording equipment, I couldnt think of a better song to inaugurate it with .. ? So here I am ...
